I attended the Cooking with Tea class at a school one evening and it was a blast. The course included a starter, entrée, dessert, and beverages including wine. It was pretty impressive, and they didn’t skimp on the portions. Here’s what we made and enjoyed:

It was a fun, interactive course that got me interested in other classes the school offers. I’ll definitely be signing up for other interesting workshops.
